Recruiter Opt- Out Form
Parents/Guardians of Juniors and Seniors,
If you would like to block the release of your student's contact information to military recruiters, or to colleges and universities, or to both, you will need to complete and submit the Directory and Recruiter Opt-Out form to the school. Everything except for the parent/guardian signature can be completed electronically. If you have questions email Ms. Wenzler at [email protected].
Options for submitting the Opt-Out this form:
1. During material distribution dates/times (Door 2).
2. A picture or scanned copy of the form can be submitted via email to [email protected].
3. Parents/guardians can drop it off outside of Door 1 during school hours.
