Mr. Garcia
Mr. Garcia joined the Hancock High School community in the 2026/2027 school year after moving from New Jersey. He graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Princeton University in 2023.
Mr. Garcia believes that everyone can find success in math and that math is something that can be done for the joy it brings, not just the utility it provides. He also believes that everyone must work towards cultivating a mathematical community that is welcoming to all.
In his time outside of work, Mr. Garcia enjoys spending time with his family and cat, Bigotes. He also enjoys studying math, gardening, cooking, and watching TV. Bigotes recently had a tooth extracted which explains his ever-present smirk.
