The Hancock Math Team had a great year! They finished in 5th place out of 11 schools in their division. Every team did a wonderful job:
- The Algebra 1 team took 4th place.
- The Geometry team took 3rd place.
- The Algebra 2 team took 5th place.
- The Pre-Calculus team took 6th place.
We also had some students who did amazing all by themselves! Jakub Morawa came in 1st place for Algebra 2—he even beat the next student by almost 20 points! Kanavdeep Singh took 3rd place in Algebra 1, and Alondra Martinez took 5th place in Geometry. Other top finishers were Gabriel Silva (10th), Ingry Martinez (12th), and Miguel Rocha (12th).
If you see these math stars in the hallway, give them a "Pi-five" to say good job!
