Dear Parent or Guardian,
We invite all John Hancock College Preparatory High School parents to participate in the Illinois 5Essentials Parent Survey. The school-year 2022-23 survey is now open and available for parents to complete now through April 30, 2023.
The survey will take you 10-15 minutes to complete and provides our school with valuable information about your opinions on school services. No names are required and all survey responses are anonymous. You can take this survey online using a smartphone, a tablet, or a computer!
To access & complete the survey, please follow the steps below:

- Select your preferred language.
- Select "Hancock HS" from the dropdown menu.
- Respond to the remaining questions.
