John Hancock College Prep will be hosting a mobile Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination event on November 2, 2021. The event will be from 10am – 12pm here at the school in the gym. Please enter the building through door 1. CPS is pleased to offer eligible students (12 years old and older) and their parent/guardian access to the vaccine. The vaccine is free and open for all Chicagoans regardless of insurance or immigration status. The first dose will be given on November 2, 2021 and the second dose will be given three weeks apart, on November 23, 2021.
