Spanish I for Heritage Learners is a course directed to those students that by heritage have knowledge of the Spanish language. It is conducted entirely in Spanish; student participation using the Spanish language is required. The course is designed to expand students’ knowledge of the history, culture, language, grammar and literature of the Spanish speaking world. Students will be able to develop and perfect writing, reading, speaking, and critical thinking skills.
