Write Your Own Show!
alone, with a partner, or in a group of 3 or 4…
Create your very own show! Divide up the information below, and turn in one neat, organized story and all of the necessary information below for your group.
Here's what is mandatory... Please number all parts for Mrs. Farr:
1. Title of Show
2. When/why it is being presented (holiday, anti bullying, awareness, etc)
3. Number of musicians in your show and what instruments they will play including singers?
4. What is the story line? (in 7 chapters)
(Each chapter should be at least 5-7 sentences long)
5. Include music that relates to the chapter after each chapter. See example below...
Example:
Chapter One: Sad Birthday
Tessy was upset because everyone forgot her Birthday. Her big day only came once a year! How could everyone forget? Was this just a game? Was everyone going to surprise her later tonight? All Tessy knew was that she was feeling sad.
Song: It's my Birthday, I can cry if I want to...
Chapter Two: Celebrating on My Own
Tessy decided to...etc...
******************************
This is due at the end of class.
There can be 1-4 people in each group
Make sure all group member names are written on the top of your work!
Be creative! These will be read at the next class and we will vote for a winning story/songs!
You may turn this in on loose-leaf paper or digitally. Email your work to me by the end of class if you do not turn in a paper copy.
Late work will lose points. This is very doable in the time you are being given. Write a story using music you like!
