Good morning Delegates!

Please keep in mind that this simulation is focused on the issues facing refugees from the war against Ukraine. I do not have the official background guide yet. However, we are intimately familiar with this topic from our work earlier in the year. I have shared some alternative background resources to help you prepare. Your mission for today is to identify some speech resources related to your assigned country and the issue of refugees from war, particularly the conflict in Ukraine.

Model UN IMPACT Team Meetings resume in 103 today.

Good morning delegates!

If you are attending NHSMUN in New York on March 10-13, remember that today is your check-in day. By now you should have read your background guide and begun your position paper research. We will be ready to help you develop your position papers. Remember, even if something in your calendar conflicts, which it should not, you absolutely need to check in with us weekly if you are travelling to New York. There will be regular updates and decisions at these meetings which will come when they come. Stay in the loop.

If you are interested in the MUNI Conference at the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign on March 24-26, we now have a final list of committees and paperwork ready to distribute. It is time to lock in our numbers for this conference. We are really excited to connect with Eagle alumni and spend the weekend at our state's flagship university.
