Once prompted, follow these guidelines for making a new password:

 

 

After you sign in, you will see the screen below to create your challenge questions. There are SIX possible questions, but you will only type the answers to THREE.  Leave the other three blank.

If you ever forget your password, you will need to answer these THREE questions, and you need to type them EXACTLY as you did here.  For example, 

To Kill A Mockingbird

is not the same as

To Kill a Mockingbird

Pick and answer any three questions and leave the rest blank. These questions will help you in case you forget your password. 

1. Choose your first question and type your answer. Click on the eye to check your spelling. 
2. Choose your second question and type your answer. Click on the eye to check your spelling.
3. Choose your third question and type your answer. Click on the eye to check your spelling.
4. Click Save.
