Academic Lab

 

The mission of Academic Lab is to promote student growth and achievement while enhancing the academic experience for all students. Students are provided with flexible opportunities to access resources in a collegiate style environment that enables them to exercise responsible use of time while honing their executive functioning skills. This mission is congruent with the John Hancock College Prep mission and vision, our core values of Respect, Integrity, and Responsibility, and our commitment to create Hancock graduates who are intellectually competent, communally skilled, and socially just.

Academic Lab is a privilege afforded to all students; as with all privileges, it may be withdrawn if a student does not follow the rules and expectations established for this educational opportunity.

 

 

1:51 - 2:05 PM	Academic Lab Check In	Students will report to their assigned Academic Lab rooms for attendance and announcements.
2:05 - 3:18 PM	Academic Lab	Students will engage in approved academic lab activities in approved academic lab locations.
3:18 - 3:21 PM	Academic Lab Check Out	Students develop a Daily Reflection and check out.
