Use this form to request technology and/or assistance from the technology coordinator. Technology requests, which include borrowing equipment, requiring the tech coordinator's presence, or diagnosing a software or hardware failure, must be filled out at least 2 school days (48 Hours) in advance in order to assure proper delivery for such requests. Requests filled out a day before or on the same day may not get completed on time. The tech coordinator will do his/her best to ensure that requests are completed in a timely manner and it is not always guaranteed that he/she will complete it on time. Please note that certain requests may require administrative approval.
